1. Application scope of pipe clamp

6 kinds of size series ordinary mechanical pressure pipe adopts light series pipe clamp, with outer diameter of 6-102mm.

Double series pipe clamps are suitable for mechanical pressure pipes of 5 sizes with outer diameter of 6-42mm.

Heavy series pipe clamp is suitable for 10 kinds of size series mechanical high pressure pipes with outer diameter of 6-406mm.

3. Pipe clamp installation procedure

Before assembling on the welding plate, in order to better determine the direction of the clamp, it is suggested to mark the fixed position on the lower half of the clamp, then weld, and then install the pipe to be fixed. Then put on the other half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate, and tighten them with screws. Do not directly weld the base plate with pipe clamp installed. On the ground mounting guide rail, the guide rail can be welded on the base or fixed with screws. Then push the rail nut onto the rail and turn it 90 degrees. Insert the bottom half of the pipe clamp into the nut and place it on the pipe to be fixed. Then fix the upper part of the pipe clamp and the cover plate, and then fix them with screws. For folding assembly, the guide rail can be welded on the base or fixed with screws. First, install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp, put the pipe to be fixed on the upper half of the pipe clamp, and then fix the upper half with screws to prevent it from turning through the locking cover plate. Then install the second clamp as described above.
